Check the invoice before you use it
Use this review list whether you type an invoice manually or start from an AI-assisted draft:
- Match the seller and customer details to your records.
- Check the invoice number, issue date and due date.
- Compare each description, quantity and rate with approved work.
- Recalculate the subtotal, any user-entered tax or discount, and total.
- Confirm currency and payment instructions; remove any unsupported wording.
Know what is free and what is Pro
You can create and print an invoice PDF from the anonymous generator without an account. A Free account can save up to two invoices and use reusable clients, items and business defaults. Pro includes AI, tracking, reminders, recurring invoices and attachments. Check current plan details for exact limits and eligibility.
Invosmith does not process online payments or provide a receipt workspace. Creating an invoice is not the same as sending it, recording a payment or issuing a receipt.
